1) The Helicopter Tutor is a preparation tool only for the PPL helicopter theoretical knowledge examinations.

2) While The Helicopter Tutor aims to cover as many elements as possible within the relevant subject learning objective, The Helicopter Tutor is not held responsible for the result in any subsequent theoretical knowledge examination.

3) While the content is as accurate as possible it is possible, like any resource, that errors or inaccuracies exist. Refunds cannot be issued on this basis. Feedback is welcomed and will be reviewed.

4) The Helicopter Tutor is not responsible for the recommendation to sit any theoretical knowledge examination.

5) You will not share any purchases, subscription or account, or our intellectual property, with any other third party.

6) Once purchased, courses are not refundable whether they have been utilised or not.

7) Courses are valid for 60 days - this is to prevent account sharing.
